Ember Restaurant History

For over 20 years, Ember Restaurant has been Arroyo Grande's most popular casual restaurant. A local landmark, it is well known in the area.

Founded in 1988 by Brian Collins, Ember Restaurant has remained a family run business. Brian Collins's son has now taken over from his father.

Ember Restaurant relocated to its current address in 2002.
